Across TCGA cell cohorts, TSPY3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 49 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSPY3-associated genes across cancer lineages are GLI3, TRIM67, and GGA3. Each is linked with TSPY3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPY3-to-partner and partner-to-TSPY3 results are reported.
