Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSPY18P RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 430 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TSPY18P-associated genes across cancer lineages are CSTF2T, SMARCA4, and DNAJC3. Each is linked with TSPY18P in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPY18P-to-partner and partner-to-TSPY18P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CSTF2T grouped by TSPY18P-low versus TSPY18P-high in BRCA.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSPY18P→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSPY18P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
