Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, TSPY10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 54 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TSPY10-associated genes across cancer lineages are KCNQ2, FAT2, and HEATR5A. Each is linked with TSPY10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPY10-to-partner and partner-to-TSPY10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KCNQ2 grouped by TSPY10-low versus TSPY10-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSPY10→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSPY10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
