Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, TSPY1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 45 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TSPY1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DOT1L, KMT2C, and ARHGEF1. Each is linked with TSPY1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPY1-to-partner and partner-to-TSPY1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DOT1L grouped by TSPY1-low versus TSPY1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSPY1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSPY1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
