Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TSPO2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TSPO2 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher TSPO2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TSPO2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
BRCA and UCEC are the cancer types where TSPO2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
