Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSPO2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,138 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSPO2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Glycerophospholipid metabolic process, Golgi organization, and Vacuolar transport. Each is linked with TSPO2 in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPO2-to-partner and partner-to-TSPO2 results are reported.
