TSPO2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSPO2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 947 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSPO2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GGA1, DDX17, and RSPH14. Each is linked with TSPO2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPO2-to-partner and partner-to-TSPO2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TSPO2 versus GGA1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSPO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSPO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
