TSPO2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSPO2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 424 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSPO2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-986P, RNA5SP232, and OR5D3P. Each is linked with TSPO2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPO2-to-partner and partner-to-TSPO2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-986P grouped by TSPO2-low versus TSPO2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSPO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSPO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
