Across TCGA cell cohorts, TSPO2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,749 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSPO2-associated genes across cancer lineages are UNC5CL, APOBEC2, and AKAP1. Each is linked with TSPO2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPO2-to-partner and partner-to-TSPO2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TSPO2 versus UNC5CL in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.
