Across TCGA cell cohorts, TSPO2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,603 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSPO2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are miRNA processing, Negative regulation of cartilage development, and Flagellated sperm motility. Each is linked with TSPO2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPO2-to-partner and partner-to-TSPO2 results are reported.
