TSPAN9

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSPAN9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 26,634 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSPAN9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ITGB1, FBN1, and IRAG1. Each is linked with TSPAN9 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPAN9-to-partner and partner-to-TSPAN9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TSPAN9 versus ITGB1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSPAN9→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSPAN9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
