Across TCGA cell cohorts, TSPAN9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,714 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSPAN9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Golgi vesicle transport, Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, and Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with TSPAN9 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPAN9-to-partner and partner-to-TSPAN9 results are reported.
