Across TCGA cell cohorts, TSPAN7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,192 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSPAN7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Polyketide metabolic process, Daunorubicin metabolic process, and Doxorubicin metabolic process. Each is linked with TSPAN7 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPAN7-to-partner and partner-to-TSPAN7 results are reported.
