Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSPAN5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,200 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TSPAN5-associated genes across cancer lineages are NCF4, PSMG2, and TIMM17A. Each is linked with TSPAN5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPAN5-to-partner and partner-to-TSPAN5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TSPAN5 versus NCF4 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.62.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSPAN5→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSPAN5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
