TSPAN5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSPAN5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,514 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSPAN5-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORA84, RNU4-17P, and CCL5. Each is linked with TSPAN5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPAN5-to-partner and partner-to-TSPAN5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORA84 grouped by TSPAN5-low versus TSPAN5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSPAN5→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSPAN5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
