Across TCGA cell cohorts, TSPAN5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,666 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSPAN5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Micturition, Actin filament depolymerization, and Positive regulation of ferroptosis. Each is linked with TSPAN5 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPAN5-to-partner and partner-to-TSPAN5 results are reported.
