TSPAN33

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSPAN33 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSPAN33-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, A-Raf_pS299, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with TSPAN33 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPAN33-to-partner and partner-to-TSPAN33 results are reported.
