TSPAN31

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSPAN31 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,287 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSPAN31-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNA2, MRPL9, and WDHD1. Each is linked with TSPAN31 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPAN31-to-partner and partner-to-TSPAN31 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TSPAN31 versus DNA2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.49.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSPAN31→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSPAN31) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
