TSPAN31

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TSPAN31 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSPAN31-associated genes across cancer lineages are TCF21, KERA, and LRIT1. Each is linked with TSPAN31 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPAN31-to-partner and partner-to-TSPAN31 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TCF21 grouped by TSPAN31-low versus TSPAN31-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSPAN31→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSPAN31) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
