TSPAN3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSPAN3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSPAN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK2, p62 Lck ligand, and Annexin_VII. Each is linked with TSPAN3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPAN3-to-partner and partner-to-TSPAN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JNK2 grouped by TSPAN3-low versus TSPAN3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSPAN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSPAN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
