Across TCGA cell cohorts, TSPAN3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,348 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSPAN3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, and Positive regulation of viral process. Each is linked with TSPAN3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPAN3-to-partner and partner-to-TSPAN3 results are reported.
