TSPAN2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSPAN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,609 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSPAN2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VCL, VCL_S795, and THBS3. Each is linked with TSPAN2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPAN2-to-partner and partner-to-TSPAN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TSPAN2 versus VCL in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSPAN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSPAN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
