Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSPAN2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,964 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TSPAN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are JPH2, ACTG2, and CNN1. Each is linked with TSPAN2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPAN2-to-partner and partner-to-TSPAN2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TSPAN2 versus JPH2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSPAN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSPAN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
