TSPAN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TSPAN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSPAN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRYBA1, MSGN1, and ARMC3. Each is linked with TSPAN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPAN2-to-partner and partner-to-TSPAN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CRYBA1 grouped by TSPAN2-low versus TSPAN2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSPAN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSPAN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
