TSPAN18

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSPAN18 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,051 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSPAN18-associated genes across cancer lineages are DCHS1, FBXL7, and NAV1. Each is linked with TSPAN18 in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPAN18-to-partner and partner-to-TSPAN18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TSPAN18 versus DCHS1 in LAML, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSPAN18→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSPAN18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
