TSPAN18

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSPAN18 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,536 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSPAN18-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EML1, TLN2, and CDH13. Each is linked with TSPAN18 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPAN18-to-partner and partner-to-TSPAN18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TSPAN18 versus EML1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSPAN18→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSPAN18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
