TSPAN18

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSPAN18 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,687 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSPAN18-associated genes across cancer lineages are BCAN, FREM2, and ANKS6. Each is linked with TSPAN18 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPAN18-to-partner and partner-to-TSPAN18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TSPAN18 versus BCAN in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSPAN18→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSPAN18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
