TSPAN18

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSPAN18 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSPAN18-associated genes across cancer lineages are FASN, ACC_pS79, and MEK1. Each is linked with TSPAN18 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPAN18-to-partner and partner-to-TSPAN18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FASN grouped by TSPAN18-low versus TSPAN18-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSPAN18→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSPAN18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
