Across TCGA cell cohorts, TSPAN18 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSPAN18-associated genes across cancer lineages are DMRTB1, OR1L3, and OR13C8. Each is linked with TSPAN18 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPAN18-to-partner and partner-to-TSPAN18 results are reported.
