TSPAN16

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSPAN16 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,850 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSPAN16-associated genes across cancer lineages are TLX3, BSNDP1, and RNU6-861P. Each is linked with TSPAN16 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPAN16-to-partner and partner-to-TSPAN16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TLX3 grouped by TSPAN16-low versus TSPAN16-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSPAN16→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSPAN16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
