Across TCGA cell cohorts, TSPAN16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 581 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSPAN16-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to selenium ion, Lymphocyte homeostasis, and Sperm-egg recognition. Each is linked with TSPAN16 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPAN16-to-partner and partner-to-TSPAN16 results are reported.
