TSPAN15

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSPAN15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,252 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSPAN15-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZADH2, TRNAU1AP, and PRF1. Each is linked with TSPAN15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPAN15-to-partner and partner-to-TSPAN15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZADH2 grouped by TSPAN15-low versus TSPAN15-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSPAN15→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSPAN15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
