Across TCGA cell cohorts, TSPAN15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,431 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSPAN15-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are T cell mediated immunity, Negative regulation of myeloid leukocyte mediated immunity, and Negative regulation of mast cell degranulation. Each is linked with TSPAN15 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPAN15-to-partner and partner-to-TSPAN15 results are reported.
