TSPAN15

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TSPAN15 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 776 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSPAN15-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANOS1, ADAMTS2, and BAIAP3. Each is linked with TSPAN15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPAN15-to-partner and partner-to-TSPAN15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ANOS1 grouped by TSPAN15-low versus TSPAN15-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSPAN15→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSPAN15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
