TSPAN14

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSPAN14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,327 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSPAN14-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRXL2A, SRP68, and SLC43A2_S274. Each is linked with TSPAN14 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPAN14-to-partner and partner-to-TSPAN14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TSPAN14 versus PRXL2A in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSPAN14→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSPAN14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
