Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSPAN14 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,041 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TSPAN14-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPIF, MYH1, and ARMC9. Each is linked with TSPAN14 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPAN14-to-partner and partner-to-TSPAN14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TSPAN14 versus PPIF in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSPAN14→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSPAN14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
