Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSPAN14 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TSPAN14-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, eIF4E, and FoxM1. Each is linked with TSPAN14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPAN14-to-partner and partner-to-TSPAN14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by TSPAN14-low versus TSPAN14-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSPAN14→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSPAN14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
