TSPAN14

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TSPAN14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,762 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSPAN14-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment or maintenance of cell polarity, Positive regulation of GTPase activity, and Maintenance of cell polarity. Each is linked with TSPAN14 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPAN14-to-partner and partner-to-TSPAN14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Establishment or maintenance of cell polarity grouped by TSPAN14-low versus TSPAN14-high in OVARY.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSPAN14→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSPAN14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
