TSPAN13

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSPAN13 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,932 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSPAN13-associated genes across cancer lineages are AGR2, ARFGEF3, and FOXA1. Each is linked with TSPAN13 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPAN13-to-partner and partner-to-TSPAN13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TSPAN13 versus AGR2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSPAN13→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSPAN13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
