Across TCGA cell cohorts, TSPAN13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,217 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSPAN13-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of translation initiation in response to endoplasmic reticulum stress, Cellular response to indole-3-methanol, and Secretion by tissue. Each is linked with TSPAN13 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPAN13-to-partner and partner-to-TSPAN13 results are reported.
