Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TSPAN11 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TSPAN11 data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher TSPAN11 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TSPAN11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD, CESC, and COAD are the cancer types where TSPAN11 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
