TSPAN11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSPAN11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 127 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSPAN11-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR302A, LINC01038, and RNA5SP131. Each is linked with TSPAN11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPAN11-to-partner and partner-to-TSPAN11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR302A grouped by TSPAN11-low versus TSPAN11-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSPAN11→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSPAN11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
