TSPAN11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TSPAN11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,260 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSPAN11-associated genes across cancer lineages are CBFA2T2, R3HDM2, and PHC1. Each is linked with TSPAN11 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPAN11-to-partner and partner-to-TSPAN11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TSPAN11 versus CBFA2T2 in LUNG_SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSPAN11→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSPAN11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
