Across TCGA cell cohorts, TSPAN11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,698 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSPAN11-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of myoblast fusion, Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, and Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with TSPAN11 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPAN11-to-partner and partner-to-TSPAN11 results are reported.
