Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TSPAN10 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TSPAN10 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher TSPAN10 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TSPAN10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM are the cancer types where TSPAN10 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
