TSPAN10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSPAN10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,901 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSPAN10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAP2B, HSP90B1, and SND1. Each is linked with TSPAN10 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPAN10-to-partner and partner-to-TSPAN10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TSPAN10 versus RAP2B in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSPAN10→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSPAN10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
