TSPAN10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSPAN10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 110 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSPAN10-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC37-DT, LINC00851, and TEMN3-AS1. Each is linked with TSPAN10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPAN10-to-partner and partner-to-TSPAN10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCDC37-DT grouped by TSPAN10-low versus TSPAN10-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSPAN10→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSPAN10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
