TSNAXIP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSNAXIP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,945 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSNAXIP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are OSCP1, TTC21B, and WDR19. Each is linked with TSNAXIP1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSNAXIP1-to-partner and partner-to-TSNAXIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TSNAXIP1 versus OSCP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSNAXIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSNAXIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
