TSNAXIP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSNAXIP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,528 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSNAXIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAV40, RNU6-229P, and MIR5088. Each is linked with TSNAXIP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSNAXIP1-to-partner and partner-to-TSNAXIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAV40 grouped by TSNAXIP1-low versus TSNAXIP1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSNAXIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSNAXIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
