Across TCGA cell cohorts, TSNAXIP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,148 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSNAXIP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Transport along microtubule, Intraciliary anterograde transport, and Cytoskeleton-dependent intracellular transport. Each is linked with TSNAXIP1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSNAXIP1-to-partner and partner-to-TSNAXIP1 results are reported.
